Chicken and Mozzerella Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce

Seth requested this entree for his birthday dinner the other night.  It is fattening due to the sauce, but oh so good....

Chicken and mozzerella ravioli (found in the refridgerated section at Costco) topped with homemade alfredo sauce.  For this dish I was a some of this, some of that, eyeballing it kind of cook since I have made this sauce countless times.  The sauce consists of real butter, fresh garlic, heavy cream, grated parmigiano reggiano cheese, a little salt, a little fresh ground pepper and a dash of nutmeg.  All topped with more grated parmigiano reggiano and crushed red pepper flakes.
